Sailing – The Ultimate Team Building Experience?

Our MD, Mark Simmons, joined five other business development consultants and two Birmingham Post journalists to sample a typical team building sailing event organised by Merry Marine.

After initial safety briefings and basic sailing instruction, each team practiced their new found skills before embarking on a major exercise requiring planning, organisation and execution.

The event was great fun and allowed the results to be seen very quickly.
