Primary School – 30 employees

This school was facing a forecast budget deficit and had been advised to balance its books using loan finance.

We were asked to review the budget and developed a computer model to help the school prepare a balanced budget with a surplus.

The model showed potential funding problems in future years so we have been asked to develop a 3-year budget model.

We have regular meetings with the school’s senior management team to help them develop and use systems and control processes for the development of curriculum and non-curriculum activities.

This work is completed on a pro bono basis.
